Am I locked into your service?

You can stop your deliveries at absolutely any time.
Just log in and click the “Hold Service”, “Vacation Hold”, or “Cancel Service”, which ever applies to you. Simple as that! Or you can call us and we’ll cancel your order for you.
It's all free of charge.
2. Do I have to order every week?
No, all of our boxes come in weekly or every other week frequencies. You choose what’s best for you.
Your online account allows you to fully manage any and all deliveries. You can hold deliveries whenever need or delete any order you don't want.
You can stop your order online. Just log in to your account, then click the "current orders" tab on the left navigation bar. Your current order will appear with an option to delete. Click on the "delete" link and your order will be removed from our system.
4. How late can I stop my order?
You can make any changes you want to your order until your “Order Deadline”.
Everything is ordered and made especially for you. This means it’s fantastically fresh, but it also means we need time to get it ready for you.
Please be courteous, we order everything in specifically for you, and every customer has similar deadlines. We have nowhere for your order to go should you wish to cancel past your “Order Deadline”.
If you wish to cancel past the “Order Deadline”, there is a 100% charge.
