Billing Information
1. When is my credit card billed?
All orders are billed 24hrs before scheduled delivery. If payment is unable to be collected the order will not be shipped. Customers will be notified by email and will have until close of business one day prior to delivery to resolve payment issues. Accounts that fail will be considered delinquent and will be inactivated.

2. Why can’t I access my account? (DID I FORGET TO UPDATE MY CARD?????)
Please note that if we've tried to take payment and your card has been refused, your account will be inactivated. Please email the staff at [email protected] or give us a call at 480-659-4290 to get your account re-activated. We wouldn’t want you to miss a box.
