Dandelion Greens
Use only young, tender leaves. Old leaves are coarse and bitter.
Best in spring!
Dill Shrimp Salad
- Shrimp (peeled & de-veined) + cooked - 1 lb.
- Celery (diced small) - 1 cup
- Mayonnaise - ¾ cup
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Dried dill weed - 1 tsp
- Salt & pepper - to taste
