Harvi Covert Sautéed with Garlic & White wine
- Green Beans - 8 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- White wine - 1 cup
- Salt & pepper - to taste
- Butter - 1 pat
Trim and rinse green beans and set aside. Peel and chop garlic to fine chop. Heat pan to medium-high and add green beans, 1/3 of wine and garlic. Cook all wine out and repeat 2 more times. Once the wine is almost cooked, turn heat off. Add butter and mix well with beans. Salt & pepper to taste.
