Spanish Yellow Onions

  • Spanish yellow onions (sliced) - 6
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt & pepper - Chef's choice

Heat pan on medium-hi. Add oil and then onions and mix well. Reduce heat to medium and keep stirring. This will take about 45 minutes to caramelize and darken in color. This also makes them much sweeter. This goes great with steaks, chicken, and even on pizzas.
