Grilled Balsamic Zucchini
- Zucchini (sliced 1 inch) - 5 or 6
- Garlic (minced) - 1 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt & pepper - to taste
After slicing zucchini, place in a gallon zip lock bag with everything else except the salt and pepper and let marinade for about a half hour. Place zucchini on the grill on medium heat for four minutes on each side. Add salt and pepper before you take off the grill and serve.
